The fact that we get wrinkles on our face over time cannot be avoided. However, sugar, fat, nicotine and alcohol in particular can accelerate their development. But there are tips and tricks you can use to fight wrinkles.
Smooth out wrinkles on the face
Our face offers room for numerous types of wrinkles, which are due to our facial expressions – and thus somehow also characterize us and make us unique. But getting used to them? That can be quite difficult. However, there are a few tricks and special applications that can reduce the wrinkles already in the process of formation.
Surgery always carries great risks – and often it’s not even necessary, because there are milder ways to get rid of facial wrinkles. We have summarized nine types of wrinkles for you.
First of all, two things are important for preventing all facial wrinkles: adequate hydration (preferably with still water) and a healthy lifestyle – with a healthy diet and a good amount of exercise.
As a general rule, avoid sugar, fat and hot spices, as well as nicotine and alcohol. Likewise, a lack of sleep and exercise in the fresh air will harm your complexion and promote the formation of wrinkles.
